Take this implementation of DSM-CC with a grain of salt!
I didn't feel like paying 200 € (I'm just one little man, not a huge company! This would be about 10% of my monthly salary!) for a copy of the ISO 13818-6 standard, so most of the code in here is based off guesses and assumptions made after checking ETSI TR 101 202 V1.2.1 and various other random sources off the internet. Paywalls suck.
